Wise Body Healing honors the wisdom of the body as our guide.  We encourage our clients to pay attention- to physical sensations, breath, emotion, thought and energy.  We invite you to breathe, relax, and notice how your experience shifts and changes with breath, movement, touch, and compassionate awareness.  In this process, we shed layers like a snake releasing its old skin, and come home to our bodies and ourselves renewed, vibrant and free.


Wise Body  Healing and Touch:

WBH honors you and your body as the guide.  Whether assisting a yoga posture or doing a massage stroke or myofascial stretch, we listen to your body's subtle cues as well as your words, breath and body language as our guide.  This deep listening creates safety and encourages the body let go of layers of armoring so you can re-connect with who you are at your core-- peaceful, loving, radiant, and at ease.

Wise Body Healing draws on the knowledge and traditions of wise ones who have come before us. We have studied with numerous inspiring teachers whose wisdom we hope to carry on through our work.  Much of this work is inspired by the tradition of yoga.  Please refer to Therapist Bios for more on each of our individual training and backgrounds.
